Time Frame

I have read Silk & Stitch’s Delivery and Shipping Policy and understand I will need to allow for the estimated delivery times and customs processes. I understand that these timeframes are estimates only, and Anna Campbell cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays in shipping and customs, or products damaged in shipping or customs.

Small Imperfections

I understand that:

  • Slight variations and small faults will sometimes occur, particularly in silk fabrics which are made from a natural fibre.
  • Due to the intricate, hand-made and delicate nature of Silk & Stitch’s embellishments, and embellished laces, I can expect that occasionally there will be a very small amount of beads loose, or missing.

Returns and Exchange

I have read and agree with Silk & Stitch’s Returns and Exchange Policy.

International Customs Charges

I have read and agree with Silk & Stitch’s Delivery and Shipping Policy, and I understand that if I am located outside of Australia I may be required to pay import taxes on my Silk and Stitch purchases, which charges are imposed by my own government and are outside the control of Silk and Stitch. I understand it is my responsibility to contact my local customs office to determine what import taxes will be charged prior to purchase, and that high customs charges will not be grounds to return my items to Silk and Stitch.

Currency

All prices listed on silkandstitch.com are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all orders will be processed in AUD at checkout.

Any other use of the Website material constitutes a breach of Silk & Stitch‘s copyright and other proprietary rights. You may copy our Website's URLs to your family and friends for private and non-commercial purposes.

Sale Terms

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Anna Campbell reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason at any time.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability, sourcing materials, postal delays or force majeure. While we will endeavour to deliver on time, Silk & Stitch will not be held responsible for delays. Please refer to our Delivery and Shipping Policy for further information.

Contract

In order to contract with Silk & Stitch you must be 18 years of age or over and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to Silk & Stitch. Silk & Stitch retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are 18 years of age or over and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order which does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between Silk & Stitch and you for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by Silk & Stitch and your credit or debit card is debited.

Accuracy

While Silk & Stitch endeavours to take reasonable care in preparing and maintaining the information on this Website we do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, adequacy or completeness of any of the Website content. You acknowledge and accept that the Website content may include technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. The Website content is subject to change at any time without notice and may not necessarily be up to date or accurate at the time you view it.

If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

It is your responsibility to enquire with us directly to ensure the accuracy and currency of the material or information you seek to rely upon. To the extent permitted by law Silk & Stitch disclaims all liability for loss directly or indirectly arising from your use of or reliance on the Website and the Website content.

Silk & Stitch does not guarantee that access to the Website will be uninterrupted or that the Website is free from viruses or anything else which may damage any computer which accesses the Website or any data on such a computer.

Prices

All references to prices in $ and dollars on the Website are to Australian currency. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. If the Website provides a view of alternate currencies those values are indicative only. Silk & Stitch reserves the right to adjust pricing of items at any time and without notice.

Online Shopping

Once registered you will be entitled to shop online and purchase products securely with your valid credit card or such other payment methods. By submitting an order you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated card or method of payment and authorise us to charge your order (including taxes and freight charges) to that card or payment method. If the card (or other method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

Discount Codes

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified purchases made though the Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

You must not attempt to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with this Website or any material or content displayed on the Website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the State of Victoria, Australia. In the event that a dispute arises from these Terms, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. Silk & Stitch makes no representation that the content of this Website complies with the laws outside Australia and your access of this Website outside Australia is strictly at your own risk.

Severance of Clauses

If any clause of these Terms is held to be invalid, void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, that clause will be severed from the Terms and it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Terms.
