SHIPPING

  • We charge in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • Orders are not shipped over weekends or public holidays in the State of Victoria, Australia.

  • Prices quoted do not include shipping or any applicable international customs charges

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • A flat rate of $20 applies to each order under $100 within Australia

  • Use the code FREESHIPAUS for free shipping on any order over $100 shipped within Australia

  • Use the code FREESHIPSAMPLESAUS for free shipping on samples within Australia

All items ordered within Australia will be shipped with Australia Post within two to three business days of placing your order. Delivery is estimated between 2-5 business days after that, and may be subject to delays depending on location. All deliveries will be sent with a tracking number from Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL

  • Use the code FREESHIP for free shipping on any order over $250 shipped outside of Australia

All items ordered outside of  Australia will be shipped with DHL Express within two to three business days of placing your order. Delivery is estimated between 14-21 days, and may be subject to delays depending on location. All deliveries will be sent with a tracking number from DHL Express.

Every time we ship items overseas, we are required by law to declare the full amount of the invoice and the entire contents of the parcel on the customs declaration form and the accompanying invoice.

If your country requires import tax to be paid our shipping provider or your country’s customs office will contact you to advise you of the required payment. Your order may be held at customs until this import tax is paid.

Silk and Stitch is not responsible for the payment of customs tax, and cannot accept returns due to high import taxes being charged. If you are concerned about what customs taxes and duties may be payable on your order, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. We are not able to provide any advice as to what import tax may be applicable in your country.
